This is mainly due to the increase of new electrical items into the home. Extension leads can help you out, now and again, but they are not the answer, plus so many people overload them and this can cause a fire.
Our customer base is extensive, with 35% of our work through landlords with our planned maintenance and emergency call out service.
We offer a contractual annual maintenance service to all our customers which takes the worry out of organising tenants, home owners, business owners, and break down services; this includes the electrical systems, plumbing, roof repairs and replacement, brick work, and landscaping.
This is available to all our customers.
All our work comes with a 12 month (5 years for new rooves), warranty for parts and labour (see our Ts & Cs).

Electrical installations
Our electrician will test your circuit, replace light fittings, extend sockets and add outside lights. If it’s electrical, we can do it. Just give us a call, or pop into our office in Bootle, and see if we can help you.
People often ask me, how much is it for a full house rewire. We, yes it depends on the size of the house, but in general for a 2 bedroomed house with kitchen and living room, it's about £4,000. That includes an updated fuse board and security lights front and back, and wired interlinked smoke alarms, as per regulations.
